Doing so will help you to get things into control and ultimately assist in tackling the stress.
2. Take a Good Sleep
When you have to follow a strict academic routine, there could be a number of things you might be stressed about. Well an easy remedy to banish the high levels of stress is to get a good night sleep. Sleeping a good number of hours at night can help your mind focus, recharge, and re-balance. And following the same routine for some days can help you to get control of those high-stress levels in a much easier way.
Believe it or not, all you need is to sleep a couple of hours more each night and you are ready to face another busy day at college with complete confidence.

You may have gone too busy in your tough study schedule that you might have stopped giving importance of keeping a healthy and balanced diet. You may consider your stress level psychological but you never know the nature of your stress could be physical.
Remember, if you don’t fuel your body well it won’t have enough energy to keep up with the amount of energy your body needs to keep the brain perform at optimum levels. So, make sure to maintain a balanced and healthy diet so you have enough energy to tackle those high levels of stress.
4. Plan on Exercising Everyday
Just like you need to keep a check on your sleep patterns and maintain a proper diet. It’s equally important to take some time out to exercise on a regular basis. You don’t need to exercise for an hour every day; even 15 minutes to 30 minutes exercise can do the trick for you. It could be either a brisk walk in your local Park, cardio exercises at home or running on a treadmill for a short time.
So, if you plan on exercising a few minutes each day, you’ll start to feel a lot better to cope with everyday stress at college.
5. Go Out and Socialize
When was the last time you went out to socialize with your friends? A couple of months back? Well, your mind needs to have a change of scenery to refresh itself and maintain its focus.
You may have been studying too long and haven’t given yourself breaks in between. It’s important to give yourself a break when you are continuously studying for hours.
